- Meet with you to discuss your housing needs > location > space > budget > must have features > schools > transit, etc.

- Update you on the market in the area you are considering

- Set up an auto search email program that will keep you informed of new properties that fit your needs as soon as they come on the market

- Preparing an offer: When we find the home you want to buy, I will prepare a history of what has sold in the area and provide advice on the offer price and conditions you should have in the offer (financing, home inspection, warranties, etc.).

- Negotiate the purchase: This is a key partof the process and I will negotiate on your behalf to ensure that you will get the best deal possible for the purchase of your new home.

- Closing follow up: I will stay involved with you to ensure that everything happens according to plan up to and following the closing of the deal.
